Silberline: Steven R. Gingras has been
promoted to the position of vice president
of operations. He has been with the
company two years, most recently holding
the position of director of marketing.
The company also announced the
promotion of Rob Souerwine to manager,
technical services and product applications.
Mr. Souerwine most recently
served as technical service representative
for coatings. He has been with the
company for nine years.
